HLY Property Group works with private investors and joint-venture partners to fund carefully selected property acquisitions, refurbishments and development opportunities across Scotland.
Two of HLY's projects have been fully funded by private investors, including the Fife refurbishment and the current Aberdour renovation. Opportunities span buy-to-let, refurbishment and development projects, from Edinburgh to Fife and beyond.
Depending on the project, opportunities may be structured around fixed returns, profit participation or joint-venture arrangements. Security may also be available on qualifying projects, subject to the individual structure and legal documentation.
