Daryl is a landlord and property investor who has personally managed refurbishment projects and continues to actively source the group's next acquisition and development opportunity. HLY Property Group combines property investment with hands-on project management, working with private investors and joint-venture partners and an established network of trades and contractors behind its renovation services.
That means identifying the right acquisition, understanding the refurbishment required, managing the work properly and creating a property that delivers a stronger proposition at the end of the process.
